We regularly help our clients when they find themselves in the difficult and challenging environment of a police interview. Should you ever find that the police wish to interview you, it is your right to have a solicitor present and we strongly advise you not to waive that right. You should instead make an arrangement in advance for us to attend with you, or if you are detained, you should insist that we are phoned prior to any interview. We are happy to offer further advice about this, or any other area we deal with. It is better to speak to us too soon, rather than too late!
